Yes — calibration is handled through the companion app, so you'll need it to use LaneSight. Once your phone is mounted and calibrated, all tracking runs on the primary app. The companion also adds big-screen session review for users who want it.

No. The companion requires an active primary app account. It extends the primary app — it does not replace it.

Yes. The primary app works fully offline. When you sign in and reconnect, data syncs automatically.

Yes, at the Lite tier. Creating an account enables cloud backup, multi-device access, and subscription features.

Player Pro requires governing body membership in your country of registration. This is verified at sign-up.

The Coach tier requires coach accreditation in your country of registration. This is verified at sign-up.

Lite gets 3 plan generations lifetime, using ball library data with standard drilling assumptions. Player gets 3 per week, Player Pro gets 10 per week, Coach gets 15 per week. Limits reset on Monday (UTC). Each generation — including regeneration after changes — counts as one use. Player and above use your actual arsenal for personalised recommendations.

You can export a diagnostics report from Settings → Diagnostics. To request full data removal, email support@lanesight.tech.

Open Settings → Diagnostics, export a report, and email it to support@lanesight.tech with a description of what happened. The report includes a support code that helps us find your session quickly.
