- Your data stays on your device. Session data, clips, and settings are stored locally. When you sign in, your data syncs to your account for backup and multi-device access.
- We do not sell your data. We only collect what is needed to provide bowling analytics and coaching features.
- Offline use is fully supported. LaneSight works without a connection. When you sign in and reconnect, data syncs automatically.
- Third-party content stays attributed. Oil patterns imported from Kegel remain attributed to Kegel (patternlibrary.kegel.net). Ball data remains attributed to bowwwl.com.
- Model improvement is scoped to you. Player Pro and Coach accounts can use their own observations to improve their personal model only — it never contributes to the general model. Lite and Player accounts do not contribute to any model improvement.
- A&I runs on our servers. Analysis and Intelligence requests are processed on LaneSight servers. No API keys are stored on your device.
- Coach sharing is opt-in and revocable. Shared sessions are read-only for coaches. You can revoke access at any time.
- You can export and delete your data. Export a diagnostics report from the Diagnostics screen in Settings. Contact support@lanesight.tech to request data removal.
